Policy privacy in accordance with Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 ("Privacy Code") articles 13, 23 and 26 and of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") Article 13

This privacy policy provides detailed information on the protection of personal data by Zanteisland.com with its registered office in Danilia - Kerkyra - Greece.
In particular, the purpose of this document is to inform you, as an interested party or customer, about which personal data we process, the reasons for which we process such data and share them, the time for which we keep them and how to exercise your rights.

Object of the treatment
The Data Controller processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (name and surname if indicated both, email, telephone number and country of origin) communicated by you when filling out forms for information requests via this website.

To connect the tourist with the owners of the lodgings and to have statistics on the requests received from each accommodation to be provided, upon request, to the owners themselves.

Method of treatment
The Data Controller processes the Personal Data of Users by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Processing is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, persons involved in the organization of the site could have access to the data (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external persons (as suppliers of third party technical services, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies).
The updated list of all operators can always be requested from the Data Controller.
Without your expressed consent pursuant to Article 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR, the Data Controller may communicate your data to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities and to all other subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of said purposes. Your data will not be disclosed.

Period
The Data is processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document, and the User can always request the cancellation of the Data.

Rights of the interested party
According to the art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR you have the rights to:
1) obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, in an easy way;

2) obtain the indication of: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;

3) obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is proved to be impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

4) object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by email and / or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and / or paper mail.
The interested party can decide to receive only communications using traditional methods or only automated communications or none of the two types of communication.

Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right of limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right of opposition), as well as the right of complaint to the Guarantor Authority.
